Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: March 26, 2026

Welcome to the CleanCorp Restoration website. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

CleanCorp Restoration provides professional water damage restoration, fire repair, mold remediation, and insurance reconstruction services. All on-site assessments booked through this website are preliminary evaluations. A formal Work Authorization contract must be signed by the property owner before any physical reconstruction or mitigation work begins.

2. Insurance Claims & Payments

  • Direct Billing: As a professional courtesy, we may bill your insurance carrier directly for covered losses. However, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for all costs not covered by insurance, including deductibles, depreciation, and any items excluded by your policy.

  • Payment Terms: Payments for non-insured services, upgrades, or deductibles are due upon completion of the specified phase of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Professional Estimating & Documentation

We utilize industry-standard estimating software and comprehensive digital documentation to provide accurate project scopes. While we strive for 100% precision in our initial assessments, final project costs may be adjusted based on hidden damage discovered during demolition or supplemental claims approved by your insurance adjuster during the reconstruction process. All adjustments will be documented and communicated to both the policyholder and the carrier.

4. User Conduct & Bookings

When booking an assessment with our lead estimator, Alex, you agree to provide accurate property information and ensure the site is safe for entry. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to high-priority emergency dispatch calls (e.g., active flooding or fire scenes) requiring immediate life-safety response.

5. Limitation of Liability

CleanCorp Restoration is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden mold, or environmental hazards (such as asbestos or lead) discovered during the demolition phase of a project that were not disclosed or visible during the initial assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and imagery, is the property of CleanCorp Restoration and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our preliminary assessment services shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County.
