Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
At CleanCorp Restoration, we provide specialized emergency recovery and insurance reconstruction services. Due to the nature of emergency dispatch and custom construction, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Emergency Dispatch Fees
Fees for emergency water extraction, board-ups, or mold stabilization are non-refundable once our crew has been dispatched to your Edison-area property. These fees cover immediate labor, specialized equipment deployment, and travel.
2. Service Deposits & Materials
For reconstruction projects, any deposits paid for special-order materials (flooring, cabinetry, structural steel) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our vendors.
3. Contract Cancellations
Clients may cancel a reconstruction contract subject to the terms of the signed Work Authorization. If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for the cost of all labor performed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
4. Insurance Claim Adjustments
Refunds resulting from overpayment by an insurance carrier will be processed within 10 business days of the claim's final reconciliation and the clearing of funds.
